Thane police arrest 3 for planning a man`s murder; arms, explosives seized

Thane police arrested three people suspected of conspiring to murder a man and recovered a stash of firearms and explosives from them. The event occurred on Monday night near an auto-rickshaw stand in Ratandale village, which is located on the Mumbai-Agra highway.
